Genkinger, one of the leading manufacturers for special solutions in intralogistics for many industrial branches, has added to its portfolio a multi-purpose, maneuverable electric transport vehicle called Sherpa. 

Sherpa is suitable for various uses in internal transport and is designed for indoor and outdoor use. Examples of possible uses are transporting toolboxes or driving parts used for production. 

The all-round unit is available with different wheelbases: Sherpa S, with a towing capacity of 3,000 kg on level ground, with a load of 200 kg; Sherpa M, L and XL with a towing capacity of 800 kg and a payload of 500 kg. Further functions can be easily added, by flexibly upsizing between the models. With trailers, the Sherpa can further increase its transport capacities. Special installations allow the vehicle to be adapted precisely to customer requirements. 

Richard Ludwig, managing director at Genkinger, explains: "Some of our customers asked whether we also offered smaller all-round electric transporters. This is what we are doing from now on, rounding off our portfolio.”
