Britain has moved a step closer to its divorce from Europe with Prime Minister Theresa May winning the backing of her senior ministers for a draft European Union Brexit deal.
Next, she will have to get the measures through Parliament.
More than two years after the United Kingdom voted in a referendum to leave the EU, the country is still grappling with the mechanics of a separation - and the materials handling sector still has no certainty about its implications. British exporters and European manufacturers will all be affected - they just don't know how.
So, many in the industry will be watching the next round of discussions very closely as they plan their own strategies.
