Business success is not just about having the right products and prices, it also has a lot to do with the trading environment. And that's why so many UK businesses are jittery at the moment.
It's been more than a year since Britain voted to leave the EU, but the details of Brexit are still up in the air - and causing some concern.
A recent White Paper outlining some of the government's strategy has been welcomed, but as usual, the devil is in the detail.
For materials handling, Brexit will not only impact UK manufacturers, but it will also affect the large volume of imports from the giant German manufacturers which currently enjoy tariff-free access to the UK market.
Interesting times indeed!
