Technician training is back in the news, with coverage this week of UniCarriers Americas Corp's college of technical services. We report on the latest batch of "graduates" from the training program and the benefits for customers and dealerships.
This follows last week's UK call for more apprenticeships to address the looming technical skills shortage in the industry.
It's good to see that initiatives are under way in various markets, and hopefully, more manufacturers will get involved.
