to assume responsibility for its new Commercial Solutions Group (CSG). Rehbein is a senior vice president with the company. Before joining JLG, he held various finance and operational positions with the Black & Decker Corporation. He is a certified public accountant.John Louderback

Before joining JLG, Louderback was vice president and chief financial officer of a construction equipment rental company and was controller for an equipment manufacturer. ). In 1996, Shongwe was named Global Leader of Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum. In 2002, the Aspen Institute, in Colorado, US, made him a Henry Crown Fellow and, in 2003, he was co-founder of the Africa Leadership Initiative (ALI), a program similar to the Henry Crown Fellowship designed to develop the next generation of African leaders. Shongwe holds degrees from Wesleyan University, in the US, and the University of Witwatersrand, in Johannesburg. In 1991, he obtained a M Phil in management studies from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes scholar.
