Telehandler manufacturer JCB has bought German-based Vibromax Compaction Equipment GmbH, now known as JCB Vibromax.
Vibromax will be managed as part of the JCB Group with its local management retained in Germany and North America, a JCB statement, which did not disclose the acquisition price, said.
Meanwhile, JCB will celebrate its 60th anniversary at its Rocester headquarters on Saturday, September 10, with factory tours, dancing digger demonstrations, a preview of a super-charged JCB machine and family-oriented activities.
