The dealer of excellence award recipients at The Breakers, Florida.

Yale Materials Handling Corp has honoured its top performing dealers in a 2004 Challenge of Excellence ceremony at The Breakers, a Palm Beach hotel in Florida.

Dealer of excellence awards were given to the top performers in Yale's dealer network who had achieved "ambitious goals for customer satisfaction, dealer performance, general management, truck sales, short-term rental, aftermarket sales, and parts and service operations", the company said in a statement.
