Sudden Service has appointed Heath Behel as the new aftermarket product manager for Taylor Trak Pro.
Behel was product manager of Vision Plus for over eight years and now will be also managing this division for Taylor Trak Pro.
Behel is a graduate of Mississippi State University and holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He began his Taylor career working with front end design of machines in the engineering department.
Taylor Trak Pro is a hardware system integrated into Taylor equipment to enable remote monitoring, asset tracking, and maintenance scheduling to ensure healthy fleet management through Wi-Fi or cellular network coverage. Taylor Trak Pro is a division of Taylor Sudden Service, the worldwide network and distribution for Taylor OEM parts and forklift service and support.

Cumbria, United KingdomBrian Parker has been appointed as the head of safety and technical for the
International Powered Access Federation (IPAF). He joins from AFI-Uplift Ltd and reports to Peter Douglas, IPAF's CEO and managing director.
Most recently, Parker was group business development manager - technical support at AFI and brings 24 years' experience working in the powered access sector to the role. He also previously held roles as national specialist training manager for HSS and was group health and safety manager and, prior to that, training manager at AFI.
He previously served for seven years in the Royal Engineers as an operator of heavy equipment. He is a certified IPAF, PASMA and CITB instructor, holds a diploma from NEBOSH, is a graduate member of IOSH and is a mental health first aid tutor.
