LF Logistics has selected a site in Marsden Park

Logos has announced plans for a purpose-built 13,000 sqm logistics facility for LF Logistics, an international leading logistics services provider, at its Marsden Park Logistics Estate in Sydney.

Having recently developed a three-storey 102,197 sqm facility for LF Logistics at its Wujiang FOHO E-commerce Hub Logistics Center in China, Logos has commenced development of its Marsden Park facility.

LF Logistics has committed to a long-term lease on the facility, which is scheduled for completion in August 2020.
