Haulotte's Shanghai team has completed IPAF training |
Haulotte Shanghai has been recognised by the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) as the first company in China with "the entire staff completing the IPAF training".
Completion of the training means all employees, including sales people, administrative staff and technicians, know how to safely use mobile elevating work platforms.
All 42 members of Haulotte's staff in China have received IPAF PAL cards.
According to a company statement, safety is a priority for Haulotte, which aims at offering a best-in-class and safe user experience. In 2015, the Chinese subsidiary became an approved IPAF training centre.
It has continuously developed its training activities and has since trained more than 150 people.
William Fu, Haulotte's qualified senior instructor, also trains other staff to become certified IPAF instructors to meet the huge demand in the Chinese MEWP industry.
Harry Wang, general manager of Haulotte China, emphasises the strong cooperation between IPAF and Haulotte: "We are pleased to support IPAF in China. This honour is the symbol of our sustainable worldwide collaboration," he says.
