The engines powering Hyundai Forklifts are the same renowned reliable powerplant found in the Hyundai SUV and mid-sized family motor cars sourced directly from the Hyundai Automotive factory. In contrast to many other suppliers with the old carburettor style engines and in keeping with the Hyundai name of modernity, Hyundai has followed the automotive sector with electronically controlled engines across our entire model range giving class leading fuel efficiency and reliability.

Having both electronically controlled engines and intelligent dash display allows for interfacing between the two resulting in direct access to the engine for fault finding and diagnosis which is all achieved without the need for a service tool. The built-in maintenance management system also allows full maintenance management of the machines through the dash display which at preset intervals will alert the operator when the machine is due for a service and allows the technician to see exactly what is required for the service interval.

Hyundai also boasts an industry first data flight recorder built into the management system, which in the event a fault, the ECU will record all sensor values which the technician can recall at any time making the chase of an intermittent fault a thing of the past.
