Westbourne sent units to fight the fire

Investigators are examining the scene of a factory fire in Poole in southern England, after firefighters responded to a blaze involving a forklift.

The fire service was called to a factory unit in Ventura Place.

Crews from Westbourne, Ferndown, Wimborne and Springbourne responded, with two breathing apparatus, one hose real jet and one main line.

A Dorset & Wiltshire Fire Service spokesperson said the incident was at a single-storey factory unit.

The extent of the damage was not immediately clear, nor was the cause of the fire.
