F-TECc, the forklift training engineering centre, is celebrating its third year in business.

The Swindon-based centre, which is a joint-venture between the British Industrial Truck Association and the Fork Lift Truck Association, offers a range of forklift engineering programmes, including apprenticeships, advanced level courses, Thorough Examination, diagnostics, and safety.

Managing director Karl Baum says the business has gone from strength to strength since it began operations. "F-TEC now boasts a team of 14 who manage the apprentice and commercial training."

Over the past three years, F-TEC has trained in excess of 600 engineers, of all ages and abilities.

"We have a 15,000 sqft. (1,400 sqm) centre, which contains four fully equipped training rooms and two large diagnostic workshops, to enable our trainers to deliver fully integrated training to the materials handling industry," he adds.

F-TEC delivers training to companies across the UK and Europe, from independent companies with one or two engineers to manufacturers with hundreds of engineers. It provides training to young apprentices aged 16-plus to engineers with decades of experience.

I know I can count on them. They give valuable suggestions on the campaign planning, and to publish content is as easy as abc, as they take care of the material layout and check links. This is a great support.
