JCB dominates the ag market
JCB is the top-selling brand of agricultural telescopic handlers (telehandlers) in the UK, according to data from the UK-based AEA (Agricultural Engineers Association).

It has released sales figures for 2017 rather than 2018 as official bodies are not permitted to release such data until a full 12 months have elapsed due to EU competition regulations.

AgriLand reports that JCB, having sold 1,748 new (agricultural) telehandlers in 2017, accounting for a whopping 52% of the overall market, is in a dominant position in the market.

Merlo was in second place, with 490 machines, followed by Manitou (463 units).

In all, 3,336 new agricultural telehandlers were sold in the UK during 2017, the report states.

These releases in Forkliftaction are a nice experience for SNDC... We got seven inquiries coming from Canada, USA, Mexico, Israel and Australia (five from retailers, two from machines manufacturers) and we are still in contact with them. I can state that's a success story!
