Approximately 1,000 logistics professionals attend the conference each year. Through keynote presentations, educational sessions, group discussions, facility tours, networking events and the ever-popular Solutions Center, attendees thoroughly explore industry priorities such as omni-channel, labor management, metrics and more.
Many of the sessions are peer-led, ensuring the content is relevant, timely and applicable for today's professionals.
"In warehousing, we all share similar opportunities and challenges, but the practicalities of our sector - whether it be manufacturing, health care, retail or one of the many other possibilities - give us very different perspectives," says Mikitka. "WERC is the unifier and the aggregator of expertise from across the industry, helping our members create connections and share solutions to drive the industry forward."
