wuBump® has developed a plastic fork cover that mounts on the forks of a pallet-jack, pallet-truck or stacker. The plastic fork cover avoids slipping of the load on the forks and scratching of the load by the bare steel forks.

The wuBump fork cover consists of a granular upper layer with a high friction coefficient that is 5 times higher then the friction coefficient of the steel fork blade. The high friction of the wuBump fork cover avoids slipping of the load when the truck is braked or when the truck drives on a slope (i.e. when loading a lorry).

As the high friction layer is only 3mm thick, the smooth entry of the forks into the opening of a pallet is not affected.

In the standard version, the back side of the wuBump fork cover is self adhesive which allows an easy installation:

Optionally, a magnetic layer (1.5mm thick) can be added to the back side of the wuBump® fork cover making the mounting and dismounting of the wuBump® fork cover even more user friendly. Dismounting the magnetic wuBump® fork cover when not in use decreases the wear of the plastic fork cover thus increases the lifetime of the cover:

In order to avoid damage to the load, wuBump® offers in addition of its fork cover a variety of plastic shock absobers that can be installed on the fork back of a palletjack, pallettruck or stacker. These shock absorbers are easily clicked on with magnets. The wuBump plastic shock absorbers have a resilient fiber structure and avoid a heavy contact with a fragile load:

These releases in Forkliftaction are a nice experience for SNDC... We got seven inquiries coming from Canada, USA, Mexico, Israel and Australia (five from retailers, two from machines manufacturers) and we are still in contact with them. I can state that's a success story!
