RAVAS at CeMAT 2016
At their CeMAT stand (Hall 26, Stand D15), RAVAS (www.ravas.com) will focus on forklift trucks. iForks is the ideal solution for determining SOLAS container weights by weighing the individual items in the containers. Accurate and efficient.

A novelty on the stand will be RAVAS-SafeLoad: a safety product for forklifts that provides both weight and stability information and acts like an interactive load diagram that warns the lift truck driver in case of unsafe lifting.

SOLAS: determine container weights by weighing individual items (Method n.2)

As of July 2016, SOLAS regulations require that the verified weight of containers must be made known before loading them onto a ship. Two methods are officially allowed: weighing the complete packed container (Method n.1), or weighing all individual items in the container (Method n.2). With iForks, RAVAS supplies the forklift scales and the connectivity to make individual pallet weights available throughout the supply chain, and compute the total weight of containers. Come see our SOLAS solutions!

RAVAS-SafeLoad: both weight and stability info on forklift trucks

The RAVAS-SafeLoad is an aftermarket safety product that can be installed on any make and model counterbalanced truck and reach truck. It functions as an interactive load diagram that continuously advises the driver about the stability of his truck in the current lifting situation, and warns him when the lifting is considered unsafe. No more tipping over or breaking forks.

All this and much more at the RAVAS stand at the CeMAT show: Hall 26, Stand D15.
