Italian telehandler maker DIECI has extended its Hercules range with the launch of its 190.10 heavy-duty vehicle designed for use in quarries, mines, ports and the oil industry.

With a maximum lifting height of 10.2 m and a capacity of 19,000 kg, it is suited to maintenance work.

The Hercules range has an FTP Stage3b/Tier4i engine capable of developing 129 kW. The hydrostatic transmission is equipped with a third central differential that compensates for speed differences between the front and rear axles under loads.

An 'inching' pedal allows the machine to run at slow speed with the engine at full throttle.

All DIECI machines are equipped with active and passive safety systems designed to ensure maximum protection of the operators, but the company is offering a radio-controlled system to deal with extreme conditions. The system allows for total control of the vehicle without the driver on board. It consists of a portable control console (with a radius of over 30 m) with joystick and selection switches to control all the functions of the machine from steering to boom and equipment control.

The radio remote control can be installed on all Hercules 190 and 210 models.

DIECI s.r.l. has been designing and manufacturing telehandlers since 1982. Its range includes telehandlers (with fixed and rotating boom), truck mixers, dumpers and special-purpose machines and wheel loaders with telescopic booms.
