If you have an occasional need for handling variable load lengths, manual extension forks provide an ideal solution. They don't require hydraulics and they offer a lower investment cost than hydraulic extendable forks, this makes it a nice option for companies with budget constraints. To extend the lift truck tines, the lift truck driver simply gets off the truck and moves the extending portion of the forks by hand.

Innovative locking system

What makes the manual extension forks of MSE-FORKS unique is that they have a highly innovative locking system. With this patented system the use of manual extension forks is no longer characterised as time-consuming, wear-sensitive and injury prone. The operator simply releases a fingertip locking lever at the end of the fork and slides them into position where they lock into place. The forks are always available when needed and no heavy lifting is required. They help keep your employees productive and safe. The unique extendable sleeves offer some important USP's:
  • Closed locking slots protect the locking pin.
  • No loose parts needed to lock the sleeves.
  • Extension in just one simple movement by moving a pin.
  • Eliminate safety risks and inconveniences typically associated with loose fork extensions (outer sleeves).

Manual Extension Forks provide a simple solution for applications which have infrequent need for handling differing load sizes. For more demanding applications, we recommend our original hydraulic telescopic KOOI-REACHFORKS® which allow length adjustment at the touch of a lever.
