TCM dealership Quality Forklift Sales & Service Inc has added the line of Terex Corp's compact construction equipment.
"Since May, Quality Forklift has purchased 50 machines from Terex," says James Haroldson, regional sales manager for Terex Construction Americas. "They have done a very good job of promoting our Terex brand." The line includes compact track loaders, skid-steer loaders, compact excavators, compact wheel loaders and backhoe loaders.
Quality Forklift has 52 employees, occupies about 60,000 sqft. (5,486 sqm) in two buildings and operates 18 field service vans.
Terex Construction Americas is based in Southaven, Mississippi and, among its lines, produces skid-steer loaders in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
In addition to the TCM by UniCarriers equipment, other materials handling lines for Quality include Combilift multi-directional forklifts and JLG aerial work platforms.
Shakopee-based Quality Forklift was established in 1981, focuses on the metropolitan region for the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St Paul and has a service area encompassing Minnesota and the north-west portion of Wisconsin.
"For more than 30 years, Quality Forklift has grown its business by continuously looking for ways to save customers time and money," says Dean Barley, vice president and general manager of Terex Construction Americas and Global Aftermarket. "With the construction industry making a comeback, taking on the Terex line now allows Quality Forklift to grow its business opportunities, and expand its brand, outside of the traditional forklift market."
