LINDE TO SELL REFRIGERATION BUSINESS?

Linde AG may offload its refrigeration business. The company severed ties with Linde Refrigeration, granting it independent legal status, on January 1.
The new company, Linde Kältetechnik GmbH & Co KG, based in Cologne-Sürth, has a workforce of 6,300 and facilities in Europe, South America and Asia.
