|AlignRight]Equipment supplier Pacific Materials Handling has supplied a new Sennebogen high stacker to forestry product handler C3 Ltd to improve wharf storage utilisation at Port Chalmers.
The 36 T Sennebogen 830M is the first to be used in a port/logging application in New Zealand.
C3's Graham Wylie says the unit is a good fit within a lot of the yard operations. "With recent OSH stipulations around safe height maximums when high-stacking, the Sennebogen offers our operations the flexibility to achieve productivity and storage efficiency with optimum safety compliance."
Pacific Materials Handling will also deliver a Green Line 830 M unit with an orange peel grab attachment to Norstar Steel Recyclers in Melbourne this Friday for use in scrap handling.
Established in 1986, Pacific Materials Handling has grown from a regional company to a recognised high-quality national supplier, providing comprehensive materials handling solutions to some of the largest manufacturing, port and logistics companies throughout Australia.
