The Transport and Logistics Industry Skills Council (TLISC) has released its first stevedoring newsletter aimed at providing detailed information on current stevedoring projects.
The new newsletter aims to provide up-to-date information about the development work the skills council is undertaking in the stevedoring industry, including information on whom to contact to provide input.
TLISC is one of 11 skills councils contracted by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) to develop qualifications for the transport and logistics industry in consultation with industry.
This includes the road transport, stevedoring, warehouse, rail, marine and aviation industries.
