The new TOTALSOURCE solid tyre has a 3-layer compound with a steel-belted reinforced base, a middle comfort zone with concave sidewall design, and a thicker wear-resistant upper tread with a deep cross tread groove and square shoulders, providing a wider section: this is the way how the well-known European brands produce their tyres too. High load capacity and wear-resistance, and a good cushioning effect nevertheless go well together with excellent comfort, low rolling resistance and vibrations, and low energy consumption. These characteristics lead to a strong stability and an increased traction capacity. The tyres can be used on forklifts and other industrial vehicles, but are especially recommended for high-frame forklifts.

Resilient tyres:
The TOTALSOURCE resilient tyres are compatible with the standard rims of pneumatic tyres. So they can replace pneumatic tyres without changing rims. The tree-compound structure and concave sidewall design avoid overjolt in running. (see above sketch)

Concave sidewall under load:
The advantages of concave sidewall design provide tyres with comfortable ride and good cushioning effect to safeguard the truck from bumping damage.

The range of tyres has been developed completely with CLIP-tyres in almost any dimensions (tyres with a limpet that replaces the fitting-rings of a ring wheel: easier to press onto the rim), and also white non-marking tyres (NM) in any dimensions + a combination of these 2 specifications is possible.
