The current method employed the traditional movement of parts to the centrally located floor scale.
Traditional Operation Time: 16-20minutesUtilizing My Forks™ scale kit on the customer's lift truck and incorporating the piece counting display (WP544) the customer's operation was simple. It involved raising the part bin, scanning the barcode, noting the exact piece count (computed by the system) then lowering the bin back into the storage rack.

This firm performed counting operations approximately 30 minutes per shift equaling a minimum saving (based on $50.00/hour)
