Port machinery manufacturer Sany America has named David Nicoll as its new chief executive officer.
Nicoll most recently worked with Caterpillar as vice president for earthmoving wheel loaders and has held senior roles with Cat, Perkins and SEM.
“It is an honour to join the Sany America team and sculpt the direction of the company towards a prosperous future,” Nicoll says. “Our initiatives will move us into the next phase of building brand recognition and developing our brand with integrity and collaboration.”
Manish Walia
Josts Engineering - India
Manish Walia has been appointed to the role of chief executive officer of materials handling solutions provider Josts Engineering.
Walia brings more than 25 years' experience in the heavy equipment industry, including with forklift rental business Gear India which he helped found and where he served as chief executive officer for over a decade.
With a MBA and a postgraduate degree in management, Walia also boasts wide experience in business development across South Asia as well as product operations management, brand building, sales and marketing.
Christina Warn
EnerSys - United Kingdom
Building on her experience in marketing, Christina Warn has accepted a promotion at EnerSys to the role of global head of motive power marketing.
Warn started with EnerSys as a senior EMEA marketing manager, motive power before her appointment as EMEA/APAC director of marketing for motive power.
Having previously worked with Still Materials Handling UK and an employee of the management team at EnerSys since 2021, Warn is a chartered marketer with brand positioning and project management experience.
