TVH in the Americas has appointed Gustavo Guzman as the new outside regional manager for the Western Region. Guzman will be responsible for growing and strengthening TVH's business development activities within his territory.
His previous roles include territory manager, where he managed a sales team with customers in Latin America, as well as manager of aftermarket parts operations, where he focused strongly on exceeding customer expectations.
His experience in the industry and skill set will be a valuable asset to the TVH organisation, according to the company.

Automotive Holdings Group has promoted its senior business development manager, Adam Irving, to the role of chief financial officer.
Irving has played a major role in AHG's business development since he joined the group in 2010.
Irving holds a commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and qualified as a chartered accountant. He gained extensive experience in overseas equity and capital markets, including roles in London and Europe as an associate director with Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance and as an executive director with GE Commercial Finance.
Prior to joining AHG, he worked with Westpac's institutional banking division in Perth.
In a separate appointment, Jo Cairns has joined AHG as chief human resources officer. She was previously at O'Brien Glass where she was most recently the director of customer service and operations. She holds an arts degree (organisational behaviour and psychology) from Swinburne University of Technology and is a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Skyjack has appointed Glyn Stephens as marketing and communications manager EMEA and Aron Westby as UK area sales manager.
Having worked in both manufacturer and distributor environments, Stephens is an experienced B2B marketing professional who has helped to develop and execute successful marketing strategies for a wide range of industrial/technical equipment. A graduate of the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, with a bachelor's degree in international business and marketing, Stephens will manage all tactical marketing projects for Skyjack across EMEA.
Westby is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience of the access market. A former leadership and development student, Westby kicked off his career as a technical sales demonstrator before soon progressing to the role of national account manager and then UK sales manager for a low-level powered access supplier.
