ENERGYTECH (Australia) and FORKLIFT BATTERY TECHNOLOGY (USA) are pleased to release a new product to assist in the recovery of lost capacity in forklift traction batteries.

Don't replace older tired batteries.... Use our BatterySAVER to recover "lost" operating capacity and get your batteries working again !

The benefits of treating your batteries are:
  • Maintains maximum operating time
  • Fewer battery changes = higher productivity

  • Substantially reduced charging energy consumption

  • Cuts water use

  • Battery life often more than doubled

  • Dramatically reduced operating costs and capital expenditure !

Why Batteries start to fail:

As a traction/Solar/UPS/ battery ages active material in the electrolyte converts to sulphate crystals so decreasing acid strength and coating the plate surfaces thereby inhibiting battery function. This process steadily increases a batteries resistance to charge acceptance, causes higher battery operating temperatures, accelerated water loss and cuts battery capacity. Eventually this performance decline causes early battery death. Battery Council International estimates the upwards of 80% of discarded batteries are still MECHANICALLY sound but are simply suffering from capacity loss due to sulphate accumulation.

HOWEVER this process can be reversed with the use of Energytech's BatterySAVER technology.

As a High Power industrial pulse generator the ET-3250BM is used to rapidly dissolve the accumulated crystals so cleaning the plates AND returning the electrolyte to near original strength and recovering much of the "lost" capacity

The BatterySAVER machine can be used to treat between 1 and 12 cells (2V-24V) in any lead acid battery. Larger capacity batteries can be treated in portions or treated with two or more units simultaneously. This is a NEW (but proven) technology that has been used exclusively within the US military for over 4 years and is now available to the commercial and industrial sector.

BatterySAVER

Model:BatterySAVER - ET-3250BM
Function:Desulphate single cell, multiple cells, Auto, Marine, starting batteries, deep cycle batteries, Traction Battery, Solar Bank, UPS, SLA, AGM, and other types of lead-Acid batteries
Size:400*360*150mm
Weight:15KG
Pulse Generation:Produces Powerful "Pulse's" to rapidly dissolve accumulated Sulfates
Charging Voltage:2V - 32V
Charge Type:Constant Current till Peak then Taper
Current Output:Fully configurable operation, adjustable amperage 10-40A and Voltage 2-32V
Modes:Single Mode.... Constant Current.... Taper
Digital Display:Voltage and Amperage

Note this is not designed as a CHARGER. The machines primary function is dissolve accumulated sulfates. Some charging is provided as a side effect of the pulse generation but a Battery Charger is necessary to fully charge a battery undergoing treatment

Low Voltage Cells:

Underperforming batteries can suffer with one or more low voltage cells. To effect a battery recovery additional treatment may be required with the use of Energytech's CellSAVER machine.

No guarantee of success given or implied with this technology and EnergyTech and Forklift Battery Technologies do not claim to be able to fix ALL sulphated batteries. A lead Acid battery can suffer voltage and capacity decline for a number of reasons and careful diagnostics are a prerequisite before deciding on any treatment.

Please feel free to email us a detailed description of your battery bank and the problems you may be experiencing so we can provide assistance
