Focusing on providing heavy duty capabilities coupled with easy to operate functionality, Mobile quickly developed a line of manual push style Winch and Hydraulic stackers:

THE 'BIG 3' MODELS - Based on the most popular applications, Mobile introduced a program whereby dealers could easily identify the most likely models to fit their customers applications:

1. MW750 - designed for lower capacity applications this winch model features an automatic braking winch, adjustable forks and straddle legs, and is capable of lifting loads up to 750 lbs. to a height of 60".
2. B60CSA - the most popular Mobile stacker, this heavy duty hydraulic model is able to lift loads up to 1,500 lbs. to a height of 60" and is ideal for lifting and transporting pallets, stocking shelves, die and mold handling, and unloading trucks where loading docks do not exist. This unit is also available in capacities to 3,000 lbs. and lift heights of 70" and 80"
3. FTAFC96 - a double-mast telescopic version of the B60CSA, this model is designed for high lift applications and can lift loads up to 1,500 lbs. to a height of 96", and is also available in lift heights of 120", 132" and 144". The FTAFC models also feature a standard 5th Wheel for easier maneuverability.

WINCH MODELS - Mobile offers smaller winch stackers for space limited applications:

1. MW500 - the smallest of the winch models, this lightweight stacker features: 500 lb. capacity; 20"x20" fixed platform, 54" lift height; and can be tilted back to climb stairs.
2. MW-LL - specifically designed for corrosion resistant applications, this galvanized model has 33" fixed forks that can lift loads up to 575 lbs. to a height of 55".

MANUAL PUMP MODELS - Mobile also offers manual pump models including:

1. SPL50 - the 'Pedalifter' combines compact design with foot pump operation and features an 18"x24" fixed platform that can lift loads up to 1,000 lbs. to a lift height of 50"
2. VARIOUS - Mobile can convert any of its standard non-telescopic stackers into manual hand pump or foot pump style stackers.

POPULAR APPLICATION MODELS - Based on a variety of standard uses, Mobile has developed a secondary level of standard hydraulic stackers that feature specifications geared to common requirements. These include various compact design, counterbalance, work positioner, order picker, bin or drum dumping, fixed straddle, fixed fork or fixed platform models as well as a wide variety of add-ons and options.

INDUSTRY SPECIFIC MODELS - Over the years a number of industries have requested custom designed units that have since become industry standards based on their unique requirements. These include:

1. SPP45 - the "Paper Handler" hydraulic stacker is designed for both the Heidelberg and Komori Paper Dollies used in the Printing and Bindery Industries.
2. MWS60 - the "Medical Waste" hydraulic stackers are used and endorsed by Hospitals and Waste Processing Facilities as they are designed to lift, transport and stack all waste carts and containers on the market today.
3. MFS96 - the "Muffler Shop" hydraulic stacker is specifically designed for the Muffler Shop industry and is used by Speedy/Car-X and Walker Muffler Shops throughout North America.
4. LH6 - the "Post Office" hydraulic stacker is designed to handle the Monotainers as well as other heavy duty requirements affiliated with standard Post Office operations.
