The generosity of donors to this year’s Material Handling Education Foundation (MHEFI) will see 61 students supported through scholarships in the next academic year.
The 2024 fundraiser resulted in a total of $80,253 raised during its annual fundraiser at the MHI Annual Conference.
"These funds will enable MHEFI to provide scholarships to students and educators pursuing material handling and supply chain fields, helping to build a skilled workforce for this vital industry,” the MHEFI says.
The Material Handling Education Foundation (MHEFI) is an independent charity founded in 1976. Since then, its programs have supported more than 1,500 students and educators.
“MHEFI would like to thank the MHI Industry Groups for making a generous $49,700 contribution, further empowering MHEFI to support the next generation of industry leaders,” the charity states.
“Additionally, MHEFI would like to recognise the commitment of the 2024 MHEFI’s Donor Club, which is comprised of the generous companies and individuals that have supported our educational mission.”
