Material Handling Inc. (MHI) has acquired Savannah, Georgia-based IPW. IPW was founded by Chris Reynolds in 2000 and currently operates two locations serving the Savannah, Southern Georgia and the Charleston, South Carolina markets.

MHI is a family-owned and -operated business that began in 1975 in Dalton, Georgia with locations in Dalton and Gainesville, Georgia; Knoxville, Chattanooga and Nashville, Tennessee; Bowling Green, Kentucky; and Birmingham, Alabama.
MHI supplies new and used forklifts, materials handling equipment, warehouse and safety products, pallet racking, dock and door equipment and services, short-term and long-term rentals, parts, forklift operator training, battery and charger systems and service, and more to their wide network of customers.
