MHEDA Members use the Learning Management System to assist with onboarding, retention and promotion efforts within their company. The system is comprised of MHEDA specific education and general educational content, delivered through webinars, conference videos, business skill modules and individual assessments. Every user has the choice to purchase individual courses or a career track comprised of multiple individual courses.
The nine total career tracks are applicable to an Industrial Truck Distributor, or Storage & Handling/Systems Integrator as well as any material handling supplier/manufacturer. The price ranges from $20 per course to $400 per career track. Once purchased, members have unlimited use of any product for the entire year. The nine career tracks are Inside Sales and Customer Service, Parts and Service Management, Project Management, Rental Asset Management, Sales Management, Sales Management Industrial Truck, Sales Professional, Senior Management, and Senior Management Industrial Truck.
The LMS is a tangible, trackable way to enhance an employee?s professional development and gives the employers the ability to monitor the progress of an assigned course or career track. MHEDA Members are encouraged to use the
LMS for training and onboarding new employees and cultivating current employees seeking a promotion.
Every member must log-in to the website to access all of MHEDA's Member Only Resources. The LMS is one of the many Member Only Resources available through ones membership.
