Maximal's new A Series 4-wheel Forklift, ranging from 1.5-3.5 T

Maximal's new A Series 4-wheel Forklift, ranging from 1.5-3.5 T, is based on the design concept of 'Engineering for the Driver'. Maximal engineers have focused on improving the comfort and safety for this new model, with every detail carefully designed for the driver.

Design Advantages

AC controller: Adopting an Italian ZAPI ACE2 new generation controller provides more stability and ensures more durability.
Horizontally layout of controller: Positioning the controller horizontally on the counterbalance avoids damage when reversing. And it makes the electrical system arrangement more reasonable for easy maintenance.
Integrated transmission and axle: Adopting advanced integrated transmission and axle, with compact structure, provides convenient maintenance and decreases noise by 3dB.
L-type pump motor: Adopting an L-type pump motor makes it much easier when disassembling & assembling and maintenance.
Overhead guard: Welded with high strength special pipe to provide more safety, the guard also adds to the aesthetics of the forklift.
Big operating space: the compact dimensions allow the forklift to operate in narrow aisles but the truck is still big enough to ensure operator comfort.
Steel side plate: Both right & left side plates are made of steel, increasing the forklift's strength- and its versatility.
Protection plate: The protection plate is fitted at the bottom of the battery to protect the oil pipe and electrical wire harness.

Performance Improvement

High efficiency, speed Improvement:
Wide view mast: Significantly improves the driver's front field of view, reduces dead zones, and increase the safety and comfort of the operation.
Outside width of the mast: 720mm (increased by 30mm).
Noise decrease: Integrated transmission and axle decreases noise by 3dB.
Smaller size: 3-5% shorter forklift length, 5% weight decrease provides the easier operation.
