Logos has welcomed H&M and COS to its Marsden Park Logistics Estate in western Sydney, having just completed a 27,336 sqm purpose-built facility for the global fashion retailer. The new facility marks the seventh and final building at the $330 million estate, which is now fully leased just two years after breaking ground.

H&M Group, consisting of the brands H&M and COS, committed to a five-year initial lease for the facility that will service its Australian retail store network. The distribution centre incorporates a wide range of sustainability features, such as a 250 kW solar system, rainwater harvesting and LED lighting, among other initiatives to obtain a 5 Star Green Star rating.

Logos head of Australia and New Zealand Darren Searle says: "It is a great milestone to have leased over 100,000 sqm of space at Marsden Park Logistics Estate in the two years since breaking ground and we're very pleased to be now also welcoming H&M Group to the estate."

Logos has $5.1 billion of assets under management across Australia and New Zealand including stabilised facilities and development assets across NSW, Victoria, Western Australia, Queensland and Auckland.

Words of support …

These releases in Forkliftaction are a nice experience for SNDC... We got seven inquiries coming from Canada, USA, Mexico, Israel and Australia (five from retailers, two from machines manufacturers) and we are still in contact with them. I can state that's a success story!
