Clarence Brent Golightly

Clarence Brent Golightly, 70, of Clemson, SC, passed away on May 30th, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Golightly was born in Inman, S.C. on April 30, 1942.

He had retired as a regional sales manager for the Landoll Corp. and spent his life as a successful businessman. He was a proud graduate of Wofford College, a first lieutenant in the US Marine Corp and member of Inman United Methodist Church.

According to friends, he was "an incredible man who loved his family, friends and especially his precious grandson, James".

Surviving in addition to his wife is a daughter, Carissa Hood-Pope, a sister, Jane Golightly Bottsford and a brother, James Robert Golightly, Jr.

A "Celebration of Life" memorial service was held on June at Seawright Funeral Chapel in Inman.
