Keytroller's FOREWARNER Blue/RED LED Warning Spotlights is now available in 3 model/sizes.

All FOREWARNER units have the same following design specifications:
  1. Available in Blue or Red
  2. Waterproof rating: IP67
  3. LED IC chips produced by CREE in the USA
  4. LEDs are now known for long life and endurance with longevity up to 50,000 hours.
  5. 10' (3.3 meter) cable length
  6. Adjustable mounting bracket adjusting angle: 150 degrees up/down
  7. Approval: ISO9000 CE--RoHS
FOREWARNER---- Forklift Standard 5.5" Model is rugged weatherproof cast aluminum and has 9 focused lenses (45 watts)----which produces the most visible floor spot in the industry.
  • 9 LED lenses for high intensity focused beam
  • 5.5" in diameter and made of heavy duty die cast aluminum
  • 45 watts (blue) and 27 watts (red) and accepts input voltages of 12, 24, 36 or 48 VDC
  • Size: 5.5" X 6.6" X 3.6" (140mmX169mmX92mm)
FOREWARNER--MINI---- Forklift Economy 4" Model is rugged weatherproof cast aluminum and has 2 focused lenses (10 watts)----comparable to most spotlights currently available.
  • 2 LED lenses for high intensity focused beam
  • 4" in diameter and made of heavy duty die cast aluminum
  • 10 watts (blue) and 8 watts (red) and accepts input voltages of 12, 24, 36 or 48 VDC
  • Size: 100mm X 64mm X 75mm (4" X 2.5" X 3")


FOREWARNER--MAXI is designed for overhead cranes. This super powerful 9" spotlight is also cast aluminum and has 24 focused lenses (120 Watts) and is capable of providing a focused beam on the floor from 75' (25 meters) above. Overhead crane users prefer this model because it can give them a reference on the floor of the crane and hook position above.
  • 24 LED lenses for SUPER high intensity focused beam (Beam travels over 75' -- 25 meters)
  • 9" in diameter and made of heavy duty die cast aluminum
  • 120 watts (blue) and 84 watts (red) and accepts input voltages of 12, 24, 36 or 48 VDC
  • Size: 229 X 98 X 234m (9" X 3.9" X 9.2" )

Unique focused blue light spot on the floor is clearly visible to pedestrians and vehicles in the area----alerting them to the nearby presence of a forklift.

Some clients are mounting red to front of forklift and blue to back for increased awareness and safety.

Adjustable mounting bracket mounts to front or back (or both) of the forklift. UP/down adjustability of 150 degrees for precise focus on the floor.

Particularly effective on forklifts exiting an aisle or a trailer-----people in the blind aisle see the blue light coming

Blue/red focused spot gives a visual warning in addition to traditional back up audio alarms.
Designed for tough outdoor weather conditions (IP67).

Acceptable for installation to all makes or model forklifts---- internal combustion or electrics utilizing up to 48 volt batteries
