If you've found our website a little slow lately, here's some welcome news. We have been spending some time trying to improve our reader experience and have done some serious tinkering behind the scenes to speed up the loading of web pages.
We realise that more people are spending more time online as social distancing limits physical access to our networks, so it's important to make our website as easy to use as possible - and we're confident the latest changes will ensure a seamless browsing experience.
We apologise for any delays or time-outs you may have had in recent weeks and urge you to try again and benefit from the changes we have implemented.
Be assured that we will be monitoring the performance of our server and will make any changes that may be needed to provide the best service possible.
