It's that time of year: we're starting to see financial reporting from the listed manufacturers, and so far, there's lots of blue ink.
We're witnessing strong sales on both sides of the Atlantic, with high volumes of materials handling equipment and systems in most markets.
Profits are also up in most cases - the exceptions centering around acquisitions and consolidation costs.
And on that score, we also report on some major takeovers this week.
We're certainly at the business end!
