Where will tomorrow's forklift technicians come from? This topic is being discussed on our Discussion Forum, and there are some interesting suggestions. There are techs who left car dealerships to become road techs, some who left the military and even one who landed from aviation. There are some equally interesting suggestions about future training, with one member approaching a local college and offering to donate a forklift to the mechanics course. However, that didn't work because the automotive industry got in first. If you have any suggestions, share them here.
