Actress Sally Phillips hosted this year's Archies Awards

The 2024 UK Materials Handling Association’s Archie Awards in Birmingham last Friday was a gala night with both Crown Lift Trucks and Combilift each picking up two awards. We have the full list of winners including who was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award.

UKMHA has also launched the fourth phase of its seven-stage Forklift Safety Day campaign with a focus this time on when and how to report forklift incidents and accidents.

This week we also look at the charge towards sustainable, lower emission technologies with a Spanish port accepting delivery of a 100% electric reachstacker.
