The recent Lithuanian donation of equipment, including forklifts, to Ukraine serves as a reminder of the ongoing conflict which is now into its third year.

According to the UN, over 14 million people – nearly one third of Ukraine's population – have fled their homes since the full-scale invasion. Some 3.7 million people remain displaced within Ukraine, while nearly 6.5 million are refugees globally. 

The conflict, which has been overshadowed by other global events, continues to impact supply chains and foster insecurity in Europe and beyond.
