The unsung heroes in this week's news are the research and development teams at Bobcat and Hangcha who helped deliver new models.

At Bobcat, the R&D team has been working on an all-electric and autonomous concept machine that produces zero emissions and features a lithium-ion battery, while at Hangcha the teams have produced new lithium-ion battery-powered forklifts.

This week we also bring an interesting case study from the United Kingdom. We take a quick look at how tool-maker Makita reduced its racking repair bill with a new fleet of warehouse machines from Mitsubishi.
