They say that when the going gets tough, the tough get going. And that's what we are seeing as more manufacturers release their first quarter earnings results.
It's very good news so far, with bulging order books and strong sales.
Indeed, KION's chairman notes that the global market for industrial trucks continues to grow. First quarter sales across the industry were up a massive 71% on the same period last year - with 592,000 new trucks added to the global fleet.
As we've said before, no matter what challenges we face, things have to keep moving - and materials handling ensures that they do.
