Icem has launched the
TPC-AR, a pallet truck equipped with an operator's folding platform.
It also features side guards, as well as an innovative system for reducing the rolling effect. This simple and effective system combines the strength of the side wheels to resist side oscillations of the machine when turning at high speed or in the case of rapid direction change. The geometry of the elements increases the operator safety and considerably improves surface grip which is essential in slippery conditions.

The reduced size of the compact TPC-AR truck makes it ideal for narrow spaces, where 360° manoeuvres may be necessary.
The operator's platform, which is equipped with a soft, wear-resistant covering, is installed over adjustable, sprung supports to ensure maximum comfort and adapt to the driver's weight. When the operator gets off the platform, it automatically returns to the vertical position, thus reducing the overall dimensions of the truck and allowing manoeuvres in narrow spaces.

The pallet truck is supplied with different types of operator's platform, side guards and/or fixed rear guards, configured according to the needs of the individual customer.
The core of the TPC-AR truck is the new three-phase A/C inverter-motor system, which supplies smooth and gradual acceleration, as well as a powerful and a controllable regenerative braking system. The optimal speed, up to 8.5km/h, can be easily adjusted from the console.
The battery (optional) can be removed from one side in order to be rapidly and safely replaced.
Like all Icem machines, the TPC-AR truck can be customised with several specific solutions. Some examples: forks or platforms of any size, in AISI (TPCX-AR) stainless steel versions or in a galvanized (TPCZ-AR) version, adapted for -25°C cold room conditions, with extension and fork expander to widen or lengthen the forks, with side shifter in the forks (TPC-T AR), with weighing kit, thermal printer in the machine and weighing data radio communication kit, etc.
The flexibility of the traction system allows configuring the pallet truck with several additional electric functions, such as the "slow travel" button, the speed reduction micro-switch connected to the lifting system, the differentiation of the maximum speed in the two travelling directions and other useful functions.
