Have tyres filled in our own, dedicated tyre-filling cabin at TVH. We can offer either a tyre, rim and foam-filling as a complete package (complete wheel assembly) or simply fill original pneumatic tyres.

The Foam-Filling Process

As safety is of utmost importance, our foam-filled tyres are made with care. All the products used are OEM-quality, including high-quality filling foam from Carpenter that meets European standards and high-quality rims. To avoid the risk of human errors, the filling process is computer-controlled, ensuring a perfect mixing ratio and excellent results, every single time. Before and after each filling, we carry out a quality check of the final product, ensuring peace of mind for users. Our filling machine is state of the art and allows us to produce the best foam-filled tyres on the market.

1. Each tyre is inflated one day before the filling process. This allows the tyre to take shape, and increases the volume of tyre foam that can be inserted.
2. Before we start the filling process, we take a sample of the foam to make sure it meets all quality requirements.
3. Next, we fill up the tyre with OEM-quality foam from Carpenter.
4. Once the tyre has been filled, we store it in optimal conditions in a controlled environment for 24 hours. This allows the foam to cure, take the exact shape of the tyre and become puncture-proof.
5. After 24 hours, we perform a visual inspection to ensure that everything is fine.
6. After a positive quality check, the tyre is ready to be sent to our customer.
