Fork specialist VETTER presents an entire zoo at their special booth at LogiMAT in Hall 9, Stand C31:
GEKKO, KOALA, ZEBRA, CROC and LIZZARD show how easy it is to make the forklift operator's life much easier in the logistics jungle. Behind the catchy names are retrofittable and immediately usable clever helpers for forklift trucks.
The highlight – LIZZARD - is a unique trade show novelty: hooked onto the fork carriage of the forklift truck and equipped with a green cross laser and/or camera, the forklift driver has an excellent view on the goods and is able to aim at the pallet for precise entry. This makes storage and retrieval at all heights stress-free, quick, and safe.
The GEKKO is a magnetic anti-slip pad on the forks that prevents the load from accidentally slipping off. The KOALA is mounted in the back of the forks and acts as impact protection to avoid damage to sensitive goods. The ZEBRA can even be used “in the wild”: as a warning bar, it is pushed onto the fork tips and thus complies with the German Road Traffic Act (StVO) for being allowed to drive on public paths and roads with the forklift.
