HELI has begun to produce a new H3-series 1-2.5t counterbalanced electric forklift, which combines the advantages of HELI H2000-series with reliable quality and excellent performance. HELI H3-series substantially features substantial upgrades in many aspects, with strong competitiveness and the ability to meet customer demand.The HELI H3-series electric product is going to replace H2000-series very soon and is going to be the main product in HELI's future electric product range.
The
H3-series will continue to use many of the reliable and mature components from the H2000-series (such as drive axle, gearbox, AC motor, oil pump, etc.), in order to ensure the reliability of forklift's power and lifting performance. Some specifications from HELI G-series products will also appear in the
H3-series; the newly developed casting steering axle will have improved reliability while an enhanced battery box cover can effectively prevent deformation which improves the product durability.
The
H3-series product has significant improvements on ergonomic performance. The position adjustment of the mast hose group with extended mast internal width provides improved vision for the operator; the mast cylinder with buffer function guarantees stability when lifting and lowering the cargo;
HELI's own brand semi-surround seat with improved operator legroom makes forklift operation more comfortable; a newly designed hand brake can help the driver operates the forklift more easily, especially on differing gradients; a rear handle with horn button mounted on the rear overhead guard can provide a safety environment when reversing the forklift; and customers can also select a forklift automatic turning speed reduction function, in order to further enhance the truck driving stability.
