Hangcha's global service engineer training is held at the Hangcha factory on 24-28 of November 2016. About 30 service engineers from 15 countries attended the service training course.From 2014,
HANGCHA service engineer training has been held every two years. Many new products are launched to the market by HANGCHA every year, and we undertake regular service training for dealers' engineers to provide better service to end-users.

BUILDING A SERVICE-ORIENTED MANUFACTURER, Hangcha presented a memorable program of service training to all attendees.
Attendees were impressed with all aspects, from the factory tour, National Laboratory-approved Testing Centre, products demonstration and AGV machines to intelligent forklift trucks.
