Warehouse IT solution provider, Optiscan Group, has been named as the strategic distributor for ForwardX Robotics through Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and Norway.

Headquartered in Beijing, ForwardX Robotics offers autonomous mobile robot (AMR) warehouse management solutions including multi-floor, case picking, piece picking and pallet movement solutions.

ForwardX Robotics says the collaboration will promote the innovation of AMRs as it sets new standards for automation.

The company’s chief executive officer, Nicholas Chee, says of the appointment: “This partnership with Optiscan Group marks a pivotal moment in our journey to redefine automation in the Nordic region”.

Optiscan Group chief executive officer Jarmo Reunanen adds: “We are excited to work together with ForwardX Robotics to deliver again a new market-leading innovation to our customers”.

In July ForwardX Robotics added Greek equipment dealer Voyatzoglou as its distributor for Greece and Romania.

ForwardX has supplied more than 3,000 AMRs to more than 220 facilities across five continents.

Words of support …

These releases in Forkliftaction are a nice experience for SNDC... We got seven inquiries coming from Canada, USA, Mexico, Israel and Australia (five from retailers, two from machines manufacturers) and we are still in contact with them. I can state that's a success story!
