When we first developed EPT15ET with permanent magnet motor technology in 2010, our purpose was to create an affordable new model allowing more people to purchase and use in order to increase their productivity and employee safety. Today, we are proud to state that a new market segment does exist as total over 22,000 units of the same grade trucks were sold worldwide in 2015. By checking buyers' list in the past several years, we are surprised to see that the trucking companies (or related) purchasing amount increased significantly, which has given us a strong signal that there are changes in the trucking sector.

It's logical that trucking businesses become more and more demanding over time, since this type of job requires drivers to spend most of their time on the road. Companies try to reduce drivers' workload as much as they possibly can. Reducing the driver's work load but maintaining efficiency to make clients happy at the same time becomes a big project for trucking companies.

A piece of equipment that is extremely simple, but at the same time flexible for most of the applications, can do the job!

Here is the solution we've figured out and will continue to improve and offer:
Hand pallet truck and hand cart: very basic equipment common to all truck drivers, this is not something new and, as you can see, some drivers have them already. But because it's completely manual push or pull, it had not reduced the workload for the truck drivers.

15ET E-truck: This model attracted the attention of the trucking delivery segment when initially required by several large beverage accounts. Its ability to turn around in trailers or containers, light weight, high maneuverability and highly customisable fork dimension for special pallets. These features had not previously been available in powered pallet truck. However, this truck didn't quite cut it for some applications involving outdoor slopes and extreme weather like rain and snow.

18EA D-truck: This model featured with AC drive system, while keeping almost the same truck profile as E-truck, and the AC drive system means that the truck is maintenance-free! Bigger batteries and chargers are also available for this model. Manual brake release and creep speed also help delivery applications. This is the most suitable model for pallet delivery applications, the most affordable and maintenance-free.

20WA W-truck: If you need trucks with bigger capacity, the compact designed W-truck is the right candidate, with all the standard features a pallet truck should have, including industrial battery pack option. But keep in mind, it will cost a little more and require a larger operation space.



Tow tugger QDD10: If the drivers are trying to handle wheeled wire baskets or retainers instead of pallets, the QDD10 tugger will be the piece of equipment they are looking for! With two types of hitch, this tugger can handle attached containers both with and without down bar - flexible and simple. Greatly reduces manual pushing force and certainly makes the driver's life a lot easier.

Tow power head 30WT: If drivers need to handle heavy-load wheeled containers or carts, with its lifting feature, the 30WT solves your problem. Exactly the same function as fully power pallet truck, but to tow!


Weather-proof kit: All above delivery models are available with weather-proof kit options, to protect truck under high frequency in & out application avoiding condensation.
Battery and charger: All above delivery models feature maintenance-free batteries and onboard chargers - some models have optional industrial batteries.
